Each year in the Fall, the Board of Trustees hosts a reception to welcome new residents to the community.   Board members and Committee members are in attendance to answer questions and highlight what Franklin Farm has to offer and to explain the governance structure.

Each spring the Election Committee hosts a "Thanks for Giving" reception to honor the many resident volunteers that help make the community our home
