Fairfax County School Budget Information
Keep in Touch
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) has two Web-based services: “Keep in Touch” and “Boundary Locator.” Keep in Touch allows parents and community members to register for e-mail updates on emergency school closings, receive information about upcoming events, get links to news releases and publications and get school-specific or pyramid-specific information about their children’s schools. Go to www.fcps.edu and click on the yellow “Keep in Touch” box to sign up. You can change your options or unsubscribe at any time.
Boundary Locator is a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week way to determine school assignments. By entering any Fairfax County address and clicking on the submit button, you can find out the elementary, middle and high schools for that address. Go to www.fcps.edu/boundary to use the service.
